Our aim – smug satisfaction

We are here to help you exercise confidently, regularly and proportionately – and to give you the smug satisfaction that you are efficiently getting all the benefits you can from the miracle drug that is exercise..

We do this because exercise really is the best medicine. Study after study demonstrates the benefits for mind and body in preventing disease, mitigating symptoms and extending our quality lifespan.

And yet despite these overwhelming benefits many of us do not exercise regularly.  Why?  Because we aren’t sure what we should be doing and because it is not a lot of fun.

Our method

Simple, accessible, varied

Every weekday at 9 o’clock a new video will be released.  You can join in live or else view it along with all our other recordings at your ‘leisure’

Timetable:

Monday: Full strength (25 minutes) – Full body strength
Tuesday: Cor Blimey (10 minutes) – Abs and core
Wednesday: Arms-agheddon – Upper body strength
Thursday: Scrambled legs – Lower body strength
Friday: The Smash HIIT – Cardio workout

As well as these regular five workouts we have a collection of specials which currently include:

Follow your activity

Your data

If you are into data then you can follow your activity on the site.  Each session you do will be recorded so that over time you can monitor not just how much exercise  you are doing each week or month but also what exercise you are doing.  Have you been neglecting your core?  Or  overdoing it on the upper body strength?  The data will help keep you on the right track.

Hire Alexander

Alexander is available for talks and for group/personal training.

Alexander can talk at your conference, to your organisation, your awayday or to your board.

He can talk about the benefits of exercise especially as you age, the challenges of exercising, and share tips on what to do and – most importantly –   how to turn it into a habit.  And like the BBC he will inform, educate and entertain, even deploying audience participation if the moment demands it.  Through his work as a public sector consultant and writer he is an experienced speaker and relishes using these skills to enthuse people about exercise.

Personal training

Three times a year Alexander takes on new clients for his habit-maker programme.

Group sessions
