About Alexander

Most relevantly… I am a level 3 qualified Personal Trainer with a specialism in senior fitness.  I took this qualification during lock-down when my 50 year old activity-loving body began to creak.  It is much less creaky now and I get very enthused by helping others de-creak too.

Less relevantly…. I have co-founded and sold a consultancy, written two books on public sector management, and set up Blume which recruits freelancers for charities.

Completely irrelevantly (in so many ways)…I have a degree in Classics.

As well as signing up to the online sessions you can also hire me in real life as a speaker or as a trainer.
